Brain fog, lack of clarity and a new friend
Life can change in days - for some not to the better.

Hello, my dear Subscribers,
Are you aware?
We have already passed successfully through the middle of the year 2024!
Can you believe this? Time is running fast, but we made it so far already.
Healthy, happy, and still alive.
Well, this is not the case for everyone…!
Last week I met a man. We've known each other for months, but as I learned, I know nothing about him.
We were both invited to a nice dinner at a friend's house. The first thing I observed was, he was alone.
Not accompanied by his wife.
I was pretty sure, I met her too one time.
After the delicious meal, before dessert, I took the occasion to talk to him.
Nothing too serious, because, as I said, he wasn’t what I would consider a friend.
But this would happen to change…
Chit, chat, about the weather, the political situation (we had voting and elections in Romania), and so on.
Then I asked him about his wife. Why she’s not here with him today?
I didn’t realize until that moment just how fast a man’s facial expression can change.
Literally, in milliseconds he looked 15 years older.
The skin changed color to grey, the eyes got dark and without any expression in it.
He became another person in seconds.
With an almost whispering voice, he told me, that he lost his wife 10 weeks ago.
Shocked, I stuttered some condolences. Slowly our conversation took off. He told me with tears in his eyes that she had died after a short illness.
Cancer.
Very aggressive.
And every attempt at treatment came just too late.
Why do I tell you this?
Because, in our daily, busy lives we often don’t appreciate what we have. We take everything for granted. But it’s not.
Every day is a gift. And changes are happening often fast. Suddenly.
With tremendous effects on our lives.
Like my new friend experienced.
During our talk, he confessed to being completely out of touch with the world. Sometimes not knowing what day is, or the time of the day. He lost any joy for life. And the worst of all: He can’t find any purpose to go on. He’s stuck, caught in a beautiful past he spent with his wife.
Not able to see through the fog.
He has no idea how to go into the next day.
Hopefully, this is nothing of your concern right now. But it made me think. And this event reminded me. There are so many people around us feeling lost. Some we know of, others who hide their pain.
It’s a terrible feeling. Not to know where you belong, what to do, and how to start a new chapter in life.
My 1 on 1 workshop is designed to help at times when life gets tough.
I call it the “Sea Turtle Workshop” because of the impressive focus these little creatures have after birth. Without any hesitation, they find the safe sea. Once in the water, they take off, they can grow, and will find the same beach years later to lay their eggs.
And so the cycle goes on.
For July, there are still 3 spots free. In total, I accept 6 attendants in this very personal 1:1 workshop. I don’t want more, so I can assure my full attention to every person seeking help and clarity.
So, if you, a friend, or a loved one is struggling right now this is the chance you were waiting for!
