I’ve never liked the term ROI—Return on Investment.

It sounds like something from a finance department.

Cold. Clinical. Spreadsheet-y.

As if your life were a series of transactions to optimize...

But what if we swapped just one word?

Return on Intention.

Suddenly, it’s not about how much you hustle to get a result.

It’s about whether your actions are aligned with what you actually care about.

And here’s where it gets personal.

You’re not 25 anymore. You’ve collected enough “skills.”

You’ve proven yourself more times than you can count.

And still, something in you knows:

The future will belong to those who stay adaptable, not just busy.
