I lost 10% of my followers overnight!
In one night.
I couldn't believe my eyes.
My first reaction was panic.
Then anger.
After all, it is work to engage and to write content that matters.
All for nothing?
I tried to calm down.
Maybe Elon is just adjusting the algo.
So what?
It's a temporary thing.
That's what I wanted to believe.
But it remained. I even lost some more followers the next day.
What the hell?
Then I started to think.
What have I done?
Did I use a "forbidden" word? No.
Check!
Did I "like" a sensible post from someone else? No.
But then I looked up what I posted that day.
And I found it.
I posted a tweet about health.
This is the tweet:
Overeating and consuming unhealthy foods leads to obesity, which is a major risk factor for various health issues. Prioritize mindful eating (slow food) and consume less carbohydrates.
Friends,
Seems I had some followers who can't stand either truth or science!
Let me be very clear.
I had a heart attack because I was too fat!
That isn't a "feeling" - that's a medical fact.
My former obesity almost killed me!
In my tweets, I most often talk about my own experiences.
After all, there are more than 50 years to tell of...
I am not apologizing and I will say it again.
Obesity will kill you.
It's just a matter of time.
If you are not interested in a long life.
Well, that's your problem.
But I won't shut up, because others can't stand truth.
So, I'm not "fat-shaming" (what a sick word anyway...) nobody.
I don't care how you treat your body.
I can only tell how I experience life and what I've learned by living it in full swing!
See, I like the natural approach of living a good life.
So, I ask you: Where did you ever see a morbid obese animal in the wild?
Nowhere!
It just doesn't exist.
Because nature formed all living creatures to be efficient, effective, and functional.
Obesity prevents a body from being so.
I wish you all a long and super-healthy life.
See you in the next tweet.
Probably about sleep or healthy food.
Enjoy!
Daniel
