Daniel, I'm so excited about today. When helping someone, we have to meet them where they are. I've met so many people that want someone to do it for them and to give them all the answers. The thing is, we have to ask the right questions and get to the "root cause" of the issues and what is it that they really want- sometimes people don't know right off the bat. I've been there before. I know many people are excited to hear our live today.
