Surprise. Surprise! I read this ten minutes after it published. I am lucky!

Since the body smacks you in the forehead at 50, what do you think it does at 76?

It talks. Loudly.

I'm better at listening after I had a massive brain stroke in 2013, and I'm blessed with great longevity genes, and one helluva mom.

Thanks so much for your inspiring comment, Donna! Good timing I have to admit :-)

Sorry to hear about your health struggles. But you’re much better now, I hope?

And I love that slogan! Bother, if I steal it for a future article? :-)

Loved your post, Daniel! Of course, when you read and continually agree, "Yeah, that too!" you know you are reading exactly what you are supposed to read.

If the Law of Attraction is real, I manifested the stroke by demanding proof that MindShifting works in real time. Despite the healthcare teams proclaiming it would take me nearly a year to talk, I could speak clearly in three days using my Signature MindShift Exercise. I got proof in spades!

Feel free to use Mama Peggy's motto if you credit her. It was her lifelong slogan, and will be the subtitle on her upcoming book, Mama Peggy's Wisdom.

Good or bad, small choices will compound with time.

The bad ones faster… unfortunately :-)

Yes. Choosing matters so much because the compounding is serious on the bad choices.

I just wrote about my experience of how even after doing everything right, your body will make you slow down.
