Since then, I’ve learned that creating a meaningful, regenerative life

It starts with designing your role in it.

Based on who you’ve been, what you’ve survived,
and what you’re no longer willing to ignore.

That’s why this week, I want you to make space for thinking again.

Thinking about your role.
Your energy.
Your impact.
And yes—your relationship with the future.
