Hey friend,
Many people who feel lost right now make one huge mistake: they try to fix it by doing more. I was one of them, too. For way too long.
But I made an observation. Inspired by permaculture, I saw what's behind the curtain. The usual reaction of being "not yourself" comes in phases. Not all at once. And most of us try to change our unpleasant direction with this:
More hustle.
More goals.
More scrolling for answers.
They treat âlostâ like a logistics problem instead of an emotional one.
But the more they scramble, the worse it gets. Anxiety goes up. Confidence goes down. Life starts to feel like a constant emergency. No wonder they end up more exhausted, disconnected, and lost.
The real mistake: thinking the solution is out there. Itâs not. Itâs inside. And when youâre disconnected from yourself, no outside "fix" will ever land.
It's a bit like throwing stones across the water in the hope that they'll come back. They bounce a few times, but then sink into the depths.
Even in the hardest times, we are not completely out of strength. We usually just search in the wrong places.
And your way home? Itâs probably in reach. You'll find it.
Because.
The way home isnât complicated.
Itâs about returning to your real life â the simple, grounding parts. The stuff that made you you before the world told you who you should be.
This works because peace isnât something you find â itâs something you return to when you stop abandoning yourself.
Start simple:
Cook your dinner.
Go for a walk without your phone.
Call someone who actually knows your heart.
Listen to your own thoughts for once.
Maybe even write them down.
If you do, youâll feel it right away: the ground under your feet again. Life is a paradox. The simpler you live, the richer you feel. Try it. It helps.
You're doing it for yourself, speeding up the coming back home.
