This resonates so damn much. That quiet kitchen moment, you know the one, hits harder than any dramatic collapse ever could. It’s wild how life can feel ‘technically okay’ and still leave you exhausted, foggy, like your own fire got snuffed out. I love the way FARMISH frames restoration as rhythm and ecosystem, not some quick fix. Definitely something I needed to read today. ✨

Awww! Thank you so much! It were these quiet moments alone teaching me “something’s” off. Glad it resonates with you. Yes, the FARMISH method is very powerful. Mostly because it’s rooted in Natures principles and asks the right questions. Thanks for reading my words. Really appreciate!

This resonates deeply with me. I have been feeling the call back to nature/ to farm for a long time and am not quite sure how to get there. I enjoyed your interview with Barbara, she interviewed me as well. Pls sub me so we can grow together in this eco system without boarders. https://open.substack.com/pub/radhahealing/p/chemo-yogi-9-my-alive-party?r=23tsi1&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true

Thank you Radha and I’m glad my words resonated with you. I subscribed to your publication.

Sometimes there’s no need for radical movement or change. If you invite a tiny bit of Regeneration into your days a lot of things can happen. This is a free PDF that started the process. Maybe it helps?

Very grateful for your reply and I’m excited to learn more about regenerative thinking and behaviors that you have done for yourself. Part of why I like your methods are because they are subtractive so that life can be more enjoyable and spacious. I’m on that path along side you for sure.
