This part often gets forgotten. But it's simple wisdom. Because you can’t sprint forever.
It's okay to invest an extra effort. But let me ask you: Are you building habits that you can sustain for months? Or are you pushing yourself to burnout every other Tuesday?

Your business can’t thrive if you don’t. But far too often we take our health for granted. We misunderstand one thing frequently.
