I used to believe the lies about salt. After witnessing my 93 year old father turn his food white with table salt, I've given up considering it any threat whatsoever.

There's plenty of evidence that salt doesn't actually cause high blood pressure in most individuals.

High blood pressure starts when the body has to crank up the pressure in order to force blood into the tiny arteries and veins after they get clogged up and restricted. In most cases, it's a forced adaptation that the body uses to keep going. And it turns out that fasting can cure high blood pressure in 99% of cases, no medication required.

I like that. Yes, salt was demonized for way too long! Only few people heard about the real power of fasting. And would never even try it. I love it, and yes, my blood pressure is always better after an intense fasting period.

Is regular fasting part of your lifestyle?

Great. I do 3 times a year a 7 day water fast.
